Launch of the project 1 million trees for Makay

Naturevolution launches an ambitious reforestation project around the villages of Makay. 2019 will have seen the creation of 5 forest nurseries, the sowing of almost 100,000 seeds – without the use of plastic pots! – and the replanting of the first few hundred trees.

1 million trees for the Makay

Reforesting areas that have been completely deforested in the vicinity of the main villages surrounding the Makay protected area. The aim is to preserve the massif’s natural ecosystems while improving living conditions for the 25,000 people who depend on the services they provide (water, wood, medicines, etc.).
